Cooking with Tea (Robert Wemischner and Diana Rosen) - I love this book because it not only gives recipes for brewing tea, it provides recipes for cooking food with tea.

Recipes are divided courses. Here are a few of my favorites:

For starters, “Rata-tea-ouille”, followed by the main course, “Morocco-Darjeeling Halibut”, finishing with Earl Grey Truffles.

This book is filled with tasty and fun-to-make recipes, easy-to-follow instructions, and beautiful photos.
