Trick your body into thinking it's summer

I think what I noticed is that when it is really hot the last thing you want to do is eat a heavy meal. It makes sense that your body will try and shed any excess weight to help keep itself cooler. It also requires energy for your body to cool itself.


Your body naturally wants you to eat salads and fresh fruit in a hot climate. There has to be no cheating tho ... no fans or air conditioning just loads of water and suncream, a hat and possible a swimming pool to dip into now and then.

Sweating it out also helps to get rid of some of those toxins and probably helps shift some of that cellulite too. If you don't have the luxury of a nice hot holiday you could try some fennel and nettle tea.

Just make sure you drink loads of water otherwise you will be left with a little bit of a headache. It may not help you loose weight but it helps to shift some of that cellulite. I found it great in shifting cellulite off my thighs and my friends have tried it and found the same result.

Berries I heard can speed up that metabolism and may also help your body think it's summer.

At the end of the day listen to your body and it will tell you what works for you.
