How did your tea business Teas Etc Inc get started?

While on my honeymoon I discovered tea in a delicious cup of Mango Ceylon. As a South Florida native I had never been a tea drinker and this new taste experience drew me in immediately.

Determined to find the source of the tea, I found myself in a warehouse filled with loose leaf tea in the company of an enthusiastic Brit. Much to everyone’s surprise, particularly my husband, I announced that I was going back to Florida to open a tea company.

Where are you based?
Our main office is in West Palm Beach, FL and we have a branch office in Shanghai, China.

We sell teas, herbals, rooibos and tea ware to individuals and wholesale accounts via the internet and over the phone.

What is unique about your tea shop?
We offer exceptional loose leaf teas at competitive prices backed by outstanding customer service.

We are direct trade, FDA registered importers and work directly with the growers and factories. In addition, Teas Etc is a USDA Certified Food Processor and Handler.

Which of your product is your personal must-try?
This changes from harvest to harvest, however some of my long time favorites are Dragon Well (Lung Ching) green tea, Bai Hao Silver Needle (Yinzhen) Organic white tea, Certified Bi Lo Chun xian cha green tea from East Mountain and Oriental Beauty, a dark oolong.
