Honey and Weight Loss - The Fructose Issue

Controlled Studies on humans have shown that Fructose causes persistent intestinal fat,the worst type.

Honey is 50% fructose. the studies you reference above are all lightweight and superficial.

You are misleading the public and all evidence shows that reducing fructose and glucose
(whether in honey or chemically in sugar) is the best approach!

I am very aware that you are a biased site and will not publish but, you are immoral by not pointing above out.

But love Green Tea and all I have read supports its benefits.

Mix juice from half a lemon in about 60cc of tea first thing morning and Yaroooo... the day has started.

Please drop the honey angle, it is inconsistent.
