Hemp Powder Increase My Energy Level

I've thought I'd tell you about my experience with hemp powder.

I've been reducing carbs and increasing protein. I've tried various protein powders: whey, brown rice, and now hemp.

Well I've noticed a big increase in energy levels with the hemp. It's not an isolate, and only about 50% protein so that leaves a lot of other green magic in the power!

I make a smoothie in a blender with milk, frozen berries, banana and a couple of organic free-range eggs.
