Green Tea, Exercise and Body Training - My Best Tip

Hi, I think the good tip to training, gym workout and martial arts is to drink 2 cups of green tea 30 minutes before exercise, and about 30 minutes afterwards.


Drinking before boost the body energy, and keeps it hydrated, and drinking after revives the energy level, and hydrates fully.

It works. I have tried and tested green tea and found this works best.

Also, I always have at least 4 cups of green tea a day.
