Green Tea EGCG - How to Improve Absorption

I read in internet that the human absorption of EGCG in Green tea is hardly 5%. Also I read in internet that adding vitamin C or vitamin E supplement in green tea can enhance the absorption level by more than 10 times. I would like you to clarify this matter.


Also I would like to know the quantity of vitamin C & E extracts to be added to one gram of Green tea extract.

Also I would like to know as which of the vitamin C rich items - lemon, amla, tomato, gouva etc can enhance the absoption of EGCG more. Is there any research done in this regard and if so, kindly share that details.

Apart from vitamin C & E, is there any other water soluble food supplement to enhance the absorption of EGCG and also let me know as whether it is cost effective comparing vitamin C & E.
