Detox By Juice Fasting - My Experience

For detox I fast (for at least 30 hour) weekly.


Fasting is the body's natural recovery system. I started doing this for spiritual reasons in October 2003 but found it had very positive effects on my health as well.

I used to do long fasts (up to 40 days) on juice, and even 21 days water only - but I found the benefits were soon lost, and I had to do another 10+ day fast ... it became a drag.

But regular small fasts maintain the benefits better. I got a lot of my understanding on fasting from Paul Bragg in his book "The Miracle of Fasting".

This of course is the Bragg that brought Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar to the market.
