Your purchase comes with a unique 60-day guarantee from the day of receipt.

• If the parcel takes longer than 6 weeks to arrive (which happens quite rarely), I won't keep you waiting. I will re-send immediately.

• If for any reasons you are not thrilled or excited by your tea, I will return 100% of your money back.

If you have placed a large order, then you may have to return the unused tea to our UK or China office. We don't like to seeing leaves go to waste.

A large order is any tea that exceeds $50 or 100 grams.

Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. Please feel free to get in touch. I can help you to achieve the best outcome.
