>> Green Tea is Good for Your Brain - Part 2
>> Tieguanyin Oolong Tea Update
>> Jasmine Needle King Update

There are two ways in which green tea is good for your brain.

In my last newsletter, I explained how drinking green tea can improve your concentration and calmness.

Today, you will learn why it can improve your mental well being.

A 2009 study conducted by Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine showed that drinking green tea may help with stress. The scientists found that drinking green tea may reduce psychological stress by as much as 20%.

In another study of 42,093 Japanese individuals, 6.6% suffered from psychological stress. In those individuals suffering from stress, green tea consumption improved psychological well-being.

Another smaller study found that green tea drinkers were 44% less likely to suffer from depression symptoms.

Two 2007 breakthrough studies found that green tea regenerates damaged brain cells and is a viable treatment option for

A 2016 study by Centre for Genomic Regulation in Spain found that green tea improves the cognitive abilities of people suffering from Down Syndrome, a condition previously thought to be genetic related and untreatable.

Tieguanyin Oolong Tea Update
One surprising thing about my teas is that they do keep fresh for a surprisingly long time.

A customer recently wrote to ask if I add any flavoring to my Tieguanyin oolong tea? Here's what he said:

"I ask because I discovered some previously ordered tea of yours (Tieguanyin Wang, AAA Jade), in a sealed tin that was well over 1 year old (actually ordered 12/20/14!), but it had not lost any of its aroma while dry, nor after steeping, its pronounced flavor, which is quite distinct and unlike any tea I have ever encountered elsewhere."

"My personal experience with older tea is that their aroma, both before and after steeping, diminishes with age. But that is not the case with this tea."

Well, the answer is no I don't. Everything is 100% natural and due to their high quality, they will be in good shape after 1-2 years.

That brings us to the autumnal harvests. Yes, the 2016 Tieguanyin oolong tea will be available to order in 2 weeks' time!

Jasmine Needle King Tea Update
The Moli Jinzhen tea is now out of stock and the new 2016 batch is now available for order. They won't be available for another 2 weeks though. If you place your order early, we will ship as soon as they arrive.
