Tea and Arthritis - Dry Out Skin and Joints

by Wendy Gibson
(South Africa)

I have been experimenting with ordinary tea a lot - and I have found that my joints become stiff and the skin dries out when I drink up to three cups a tea a day.

So if you are a person who already has arthritis then please stay away from tea completely - in fact - for all woman - just try it out - stop having tea for three weeks and just see what happens - how much better you feel - how your digest your good much better.

Tea

My mum has sore joints in some fingers when she drinks tea (any black tea, even tannin free) she doesn't suffer arthritis at all normally. Can drink coffee fine. She can, however, drink one cup of tea a week ok. Other symptoms are streaming eyes and hayfever type symptoms.
