Super Green Tea Diet Review
Should You Play It Safe?
Nature’s
Bounty claims their 'Super Green Tea Diet is a weight loss product and
work out all in one capsule’ – it sounds too good to be true. Let’s see
what we can find out!
Nature’s Bounty, manufacturer of Super Green Tea Diet, is the
largest producer of vitamins, minerals, food supplements, beauty aids
and health products in the US.
Their company mandate that
‘our dedication to providing premium quality vitamins, minerals and
herbal supplements gives us an unprecedented edge in the research and
development of innovative products of unrivalled excellence’ is based
on over 30 years as a leader in the research and production of
nutritional supplements.
The Super Green Tea Diet program is a combination of a weight loss
supplement with a reduced calorie diet and daily exercise plan
(included in each box). This well-rounded program helps to kick off any
weight loss program by demonstrating the importance of eating right and
exercising.
How much of the success of this product is actually the product, and is not just based on eating right and exercising?
It is difficult to say how effective the actual product is without
running two separate tests – one group following the plan and another
group just adding the product to their ordinary daily lives.
So far no such test or research has been run on this product – time for Nature’s Bounty or a third party research company to run some maybe?

The concepts behind this product are excellent – eat less, exercise
and increase your metabolism while lowering your body’s ability to
store fat. It is not expensive nor is it difficult to purchase as most
name brand stores have it in stock.
Those sensitive to caffeine may not tolerate the product.
A quick search over the net reveals several customers report upset
stomach and other side effects, which are a cause of concern. This is
worrying, as Super Green Tea Diet contains ginger that is beneficial to
digestion.
Another concern is the chance that the product may contain
pesticides and/or herbicides. In addition, the green tea extract may be
low potency, as we do not know for sure how much EGCG each capsule
contains.
Definitely not one for consumption over extended period of time. Tread carefully.
