Shipping and Custom

International shipping is $6.00 flat for all destinations. Delivery is FREE if you order more than $69.99.

My teas are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. They are posted directly from China by Airmail and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive in United States, and usually sooner.

All parcels are registered. If it takes unduly long, I can track your parcel. So far, I have a 100% track record.

If you want your tea delivered to another address, please tell me in the "Optional Instruction" after clicking the Add To Cart button.

You are responsible for the custom and tax. Fortunately, they don't normally apply to small packages bought for personal use. The exemptions limits are as follows:

• 200 US dollars for Americans

• 22 euros for EU Europeans. These apply to the goods value excluding packaging and postage.

• 20 dollars for Canadians. Amounts in excess are liable for 6% GST.

I have also have several Australian customers. As far as I am aware, parcels are allowed through as long as they have been labelled "Camelia Sinensis".
