Iron Goddess Oolong Tea - Warm or Cool In Nature?

by Kim Neo
(Singapore)

Is Iron Goddess Tea cool or warm in nature? Thank you.

Answer:

Kim, this a very good question, and the answer is it depends.

For the green, fragrant Iron Goddess tea, which is lightly oxidised, it is more like green tea, and cooling.

For the dark, roasted and sometimes aged Iron Goddess tea, it is warming.

A very good way to taste all of them is to get the Iron Goddess King 5-in-1 Sampler. All five of them are very high quality.
