What happen if drink green tea after exercise

Hi,
Can I know if there is side effect of drinking green tea after exercise. I use to practise it daily for almost a year and would like to know if this is good or bad? Thank you.

Tea before exercise

Drinking green tea before exercise has several advantages, as described here.

I think this is the way to go - drink tea before exercise, not after exercise, especially if your goal is to burn fat and lose weight.

Personally I am not aware of any specific side effects either before and after exercise.
