Green Tea For Breastfeeding and Nursing Mother

Hello my weight is 91 kg height is 5.2. Also I am a nursing mother so can I use green tea?

Answer:

Tamma, green tea is not recommended for nursing/breastfeeding mother as it contains caffeine which may cause sleepness in baby.
