Glass Kettle - How I Brew Tea

To further enhance the enjoyment of my teas, I only use glass (pyrex) kettles for preparing the water.

No metal or plastic touches my water at any time during the preparation. You can see my two kettles in my photo, beside the chair.

I found both of these kettles at a local second-hand store. I like the side-pour kettle best as it helps to prevent steam burns from a loose fitting lid.
