TEA SPOTLIGHT

There are hundreds of different types of oolong tea. They can be classified in a number of ways:
- by region
- by tea plants
- by shape
- by processing method

Among the four, it is easiest to classify oolong tea according to producing regions:
- Northern Fujian
- Southern Fujian

Tea is a concern because it is rich in oxalic acid.
