>> Confession of A Tea Seller (Triple Offers to End 28 February)
=====================================================

For a tea seller like me, the 2012/13 tea season is one to forget about.

You may not realize it , the 2008 financial crisis has a profound impact on the tea industry. The costs of tea escalated by at least 20% since then, which was then exacerbated by the collapse of the USD/Renminbi exchange by another 20%. Also, to add insults to injury, shipping costs rocketed in China.

Readers wrote to me recently and said it is increasingly difficult to find high quality teas in the West, and they are too happy to find a reliable source in Amazing Green Tea.

Yes, we are still selling quality at affordable prices. Albeit it is getting more difficult.

This year, in particular, we saw a tanking off in demand, as my site is drawing in fewer visitors. My margin is thin and I don't advertise. So when my site draws in fewer visitors, all I can do is to cut stocks and sell fewer teas.

For the first time since the tea shop was opened in 2007, I am planning to sell fewer teas in the following tea season!

If you are a happy, long-term customer of mine, I have a sincere request.

Please - if you know of someone who would appreciate the fine things in life - including teas - share Amazing Green Tea with them.

In the short term, it may cause some teas to go out of stock quicker. But I can always restock more the following year, and given my small size, it will never cause your teas to become more expensive. In fact, it will ensure you have a greater selection of teas and a reliable supply for the future.

This tea shop is my hobby and passion, but it has to make some profits to make it sustainable. Believe me, with HQ and his excellent Tribute Longjing, you are already getting tea prices the same as if you would to visit Lion Peak Mountain yourself. We provide quality and good prices.

If you haven't done so, please also consider liking my site on Facebook, and sharing my site to your Facebook contacts!

15% Off Three Teas AND Free Worldwide Shipping!
=======================================
Now, that is the first confession off my chest. Here's the second.

Because I am not selling as much teas as I would like this year , there is still a small quantity left in our warehouse.

For most other tea sellers, this won't be a problem. Because green teas - when stored under minus 20 degree Celsius - can keep fresh for 2 years. The simple solution is to dilute the new year's harvest with the old.

I believe in transparency and honesty, and I will never cheat. Old tea is old tea. New tea is new tea. I will never sell old tea for new tea.

We currently expect three Sichuanese green teas to arrive in late March, and the majority of other teas to arrive late April. Delivery time is currently 4-5 weeks.

If you want to order some teas before the new tea season arrives, please feel free to take advantage of this Special Offer, which ends 28 February. Our free worldwide shipping is also expected to end late March.

You get 15% off for buying the following teas:

- Huangshan Maofeng AAA Grade (50-gram packet)
- Dongting Biluochun AAA Grade (50-gram packet)
- Zhejiang Biluochun AAA Grade (50-gram packet)

If you are the sort of person who would appreciate quality, my top recommendation goes to the Maofeng AAA grade, which is certified organic.

Both HQ and I felt that this high grade is underappreciated, as the 2012 harvest was excellent and this tea - in term of external look, taste, aroma and after-feeling - are of outstanding quality.

If you want something of reasonably good quality at this time of the year, then you should go for the Zhejiang Biluochun tea. The Dongting Biluochun is more expensive, but higher quality than Zhejiang. This year's harvest has been excellent too.

We store the tea at minus 20 degree Celsius, so all three teas are in excellent conditions.

How do you get the 15% discount? Simply enter promotional code maofeng28 during checkout. Or click on the link below to buy. Offer expires on 28 January.
